The qualifying highlights in SRO GTCup Round 2:
GT4 AM Class
No. 23 Mclaren 570s GT4 (Hugo Wong) performed very stably, with a best lap of 1:27.051 in Race 1, rise 6 position to 9th.
No. 29 Mclaren 570s GT4 (Mike Ip) improved from 1:35.996 in practice to 1:27.558 in Race 1, and finally rise 9 position to 11th in Race 2, due to high tire wear.
No. 81 Audi R8 LMS GT4 (Miguel Lei) also performed stably, with a best lap of 1:26.863 in Race 1 & 2 Finished in 10th.
2025 Pingtan Macau Challenge Class
No. 97 Toyota GR86 (Sam Yu) made his debut in 86 regulations and Pingtan, with a significant improvement from 1:41.377 in the test run to 1:34.611 in Race 2, rising 8 position and finishing in 20th in Race 2.
Moving on, TOTACHI will continue to race in the upcoming qualifying race round 3, to be held next July or August 2025, tentatively in Guangzhou International Circuit.
