The 69th Macau Grand Prix
For almost 70 years in a row, the former Portuguese colony located on the Macau Peninsula, and now the Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, has been holding Grand Prix races. On November 19-20, one of the most significant events in world motorsport, the Macau World Grand Prix 2022, was held for the 69th time on the legendary Gia city highway.
The 6.2 km long and in some places only 7 meters wide highway passing through the streets of Macau is incredibly beautiful and fantastically treacherous. For example, the starting line allows even the F3 series vehicles to reach speeds of more than 260 km/h.
This year, the TOTACHI team was presented in two classes: Grand Turismo – on Lotus Exige S and Mclaren 570S GT4, WTCC series of body cars – on Mitsubishi Evolution 9.
